The Strong Agency - State Farm is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of Life/Health/Disability Insurance Position. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the best Life/Health/Disability insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Display good analytical skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Accredited with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
- Life/Health/Disability Insurance License
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month

- Our office is located in 2470 Old Springville Road, Clay, AL 35215.
- Our office is open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F; Evenings and Weekends by Appointment.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 52 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
